Artwork Release and Content Submission Agreement

By submitting any artwork, logos, advertisements, or branding materials to Alliant Marketing, the Client affirms and agrees that:

• They either own the rights to or have received explicit legal permission to use all submitted content.
• The submitted materials do not infringe on any third-party copyrights, trademarks, or intellectual property rights.
• Alliant Marketing is granted permission to use, reproduce, and print the content for the purpose of fulfilling the requested services (e.g., printing uniforms, digital mockups, promotional materials).
• The Client shall indemnify and hold harmless Alliant Marketing against any claims, legal actions, or damages arising from unauthorized use of submitted content.
