Independent Contractor Agreement

This document outlines the terms of engagement between Alliant Marketing and an Independent Contractor.

Alliant Marketing (“Company”)

Independent Status:

• Contractor is not an employee of Alliant Marketing.
• Contractor will not be entitled to health insurance, benefits, unemployment insurance, or tax withholding.
• Contractor is responsible for their own taxes and business expenses.

Confidentiality:

Contractor agrees not to share or disclose any proprietary business, client, or sponsor information received during the term of this engagement.

Termination:

Either party may terminate this agreement with 14 days’ written notice.
