Refund and Cancellation Policy

Uniform Orders:

• All uniform orders are considered custom and are non-refundable once design approval is received.
• Cancellations are not permitted after production has started.
• In the rare event of a production error or defect, Alliant Marketing will work with the Client to provide a correction or reprint at no additional cost.

Sponsor Portal Fees:

• Monthly portal management fees are non-refundable once billed.
• Clients may cancel ongoing portal service with 30 days’ written notice.
• No partial-month refunds will be issued.

Sponsor Ad Payments:

• Clients are solely responsible for any refund, credit, or dispute with their own sponsors.
• Alliant Marketing does not handle third-party sponsor payments or resolve disputes on behalf of the Client.
