2. Services Provided

Alliant Marketing offers:

• Customized uniforms for sports-themed businesses.
• A platform for businesses to manage and sell sponsorship opportunities on employee uniforms.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Ensuring that all content, including logos and advertisements, provided for uniforms complies with applicable laws and does not infringe on third-party rights.
• Managing relationships with sponsors, including payment collection and contractual agreements.

4. Payment and Fees

Clients agree to pay all fees associated with the services provided by Alliant Marketing as outlined in the service agreement. Fees are subject to change with prior notice.

5. Intellectual Property

All content and materials provided by Alliant Marketing, including designs, software, and documentation, are the intellectual property of Alliant Marketing and may not be used without permission.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our services at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users of our services, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

7. Limitation of Liability

Alliant Marketing shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from the use of or inability to use our services.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
