Alliant Marketing

FAQ

1. How does Sponsor Spot work?
Sponsor Spot turns your staff uniforms into advertising space. We custom-design and produce uniforms featuring local sponsor logos, and you get paid by the sponsors. You approve every sponsor, set your own rates, and Alliant Marketing handles the heavy lifting — design, setup, sponsor portal, and fulfillment.

2. How much money can I actually make?
That’s up to you. Some venues can earn a few hundred per month, others can make several thousand. You control the pricing per sponsor slot. The more high-traffic your business, the more valuable each spot becomes.

3. This sounds too good to be true. What’s the catch?
No catch. But it does require a solid setup and real coordination — which is why we charge a one-time setup fee and monthly management fee. We’re here to do the hard part so you don’t have to.

4. Do I have to find all the sponsors myself?
No. While you’re welcome to bring in your own sponsors (and many do), we provide tools, marketing materials, and optional support to help you recruit sponsors when needed.

5. What if a sponsor wants to promote something controversial or off-brand?
You have final say over every sponsor — always. We’ll never print a logo or finalize a placement unless you’ve approved it. You can reject any sponsor for any reason.

6. Are there any legal risks I should be worried about?
Sponsor Spot is designed to protect your business. All sponsors must agree to terms that cover logo usage rights, sponsorship terms, and ad placement responsibilities. We provide template agreements and guidelines to help minimize risk and ensure clarity on both sides.

That said, while we’ve taken steps to make the program safe and straightforward, Alliant Marketing does not provide legal advice. We recommend consulting your attorney if you have specific legal concerns about sponsorships or third-party advertising at your venue.

7. Can I use my own print company or uniforms?
No. All Sponsor Spot uniforms must be printed through Alliant Marketing to ensure quality control and consistent sponsor branding. You’re still free to use other printers for apparel not tied to this program.

8. What if I can’t fill all sponsor spots right away?
That’s totally fine. You can start with as few as 1-2 sponsors and add more over time. Many venues ramp up over a few months. We’ll provide tools to help you sell open spots when you’re ready.

9. Will this make our uniforms look cluttered or unprofessional?
Not at all. Our in-house design team creates clean, modern layouts with premium production. Your brand stays front and center — sponsor spots are tastefully integrated, just like what you’d see on pro jerseys.

10. What if I want to change something later?
You can always change sponsor pricing, swap out sponsors, or update your design. We’re flexible and here to help you keep your uniforms and program fresh.

11. Is there a long-term commitment or contract?
No long-term lock-in. You can pause or stop anytime with notice in advance, but most venues stick with it because the sponsorship revenue pays for itself many times over.

12. Do I need to collect sponsor payments myself?
No. We provide a secure online portal where sponsors can select a term, upload their logo, and pay upfront. You get notified, approve the sponsor, and we take it from there.

13. What’s the turnaround time once I launch?
You’ll usually receive your uniforms in 8–14 business days after designs are approved and sponsors are confirmed. We handle everything in-house and keep you posted along the way.

14. I’m busy — will this take a lot of my time?
Not at all. You’ll spend a few minutes approving sponsors and reviewing designs. We handle everything else — portal setup, sponsor intake, uniform production, support, and more.

15. What if a sponsor’s term ends and I don’t replace them right away?
No problem. You can rotate in new sponsors at any time, or run a sponsor-free version of the uniform if needed. We make it easy to swap logos or renew placements.

16. What if my team doesn’t like the idea of being “walking billboards”?
Great question. Most teams love the uniforms — they look sharp and feel like part of something bigger. You can even offer bonuses or perks using a portion of your sponsor revenue. We also provide messaging tips so your staff can explain the program proudly to customers.
