Client Onboarding Checklist
Business and Branding Info
Submit your business name, logo (vector preferred), and brand colors
Choose your jersey style: Baseball / Football / Basketball / Hockey / Other
Provide uniform sizing and quantity
Submit your business slogan or taglines (if applicable)
Sponsorship Program Setup
Decide how many sponsor slots to offer and where they’ll appear on the jersey
Set your sponsor pricing tiers (we’ll provide a sample structure)
Determine ad durations (3, 6, 9, or 12 months)
Review our sample Sponsor Agreement Template
Identify potential sponsors and start outreach (we can help!)
Platform and Uniform Production
Review and sign the Alliant Marketing Service Contract
Approve your uniform mockup
Submit initial sponsor logos (we’ll provide formatting guidelines)
Go live with your custom Sponsor Portal
Final Admin
Sign the Artwork Release Agreement
Review our Refund and Cancellation Policy
Optional: Sign Image and Testimonial Release Form if you’d like to be featured
